I was browsing AliExpress again looking for something worth buying, and this time I came across a charging dock.
The price was 30 dollars.
That’s close to 50,000 won, but it was cheaper than buying it on Coupang.
Given how messy our home charging setup already is, it felt like the perfect savior.
1. Unboxing
The delivery was just like a typical AliExpress shipment.
Bubble wrap, and a really tightly packed box...
Still, the product arrived without any issues.

It looks quite decent, and it had more than enough power to charge my MacBook and other power banks.
But since it’s made in China, I couldn’t fully trust it, so I ran a performance test.

2. Performance Test
Very Ali of me, I guess?
Even for the performance test, I ended up using equipment I’d bought on AliExpress.
I tried charging an iPad Air 4, a MacBook M2, and a MacBook M1 in that order.

On the back of the device, there’s a listed wattage for each port.
From what I can see, the actual wattage more or less matches those specs.
Since MacBooks and Mac minis have charging wattage limits per device, it seemed to adjust to those.
3. Review
After buying this device, I was able to put away three chargers that were plugged into the outlet.
Maybe because of that, my wife says this is her favorite among the things I’ve recently bought from AliExpress.
I think the price-to-performance ratio is really good.
If someone’s thinking about buying it, there’s no need to hesitate.
Coupang is basically the same as AliExpress anyway.
Just buy it.
Even if you fail a few times, the price ends up being the same as buying from other e-commerce sites.
So, good luck.
