I happened to see a drone being sold at a cheap price on AliExpress.
I had never flown a drone before, so I wanted to buy one and learn.
On top of that, dual cameras…? I couldn’t resist.

That’s how the drone I bought arrived.
It took about a week for the drone to arrive.
The case looked decent enough.

They said it had an 8K camera, but I guess that was just the camera’s name.
The camera and the body were unbelievably shoddy.

The manual had instructions on how to use it.
Apparently, if you launch the app and connect via Wi‑Fi, you can control the drone with your phone.

When I checked the drone’s charging port, it was a Micro 5‑pin.
Major points deducted there as well.

Following the manual, I went to the website and this is what came up.
What’s with the tiny ads at the top?
The sucker who actually paid to watch ads was me.
Anyway, I went into the application.

The name is WiFi_CAM, and from the name and the look of it, it already feels sketchy.
The app’s interface is shown below, and what really ticks me off is that the background isn’t a live camera feed, it’s just a static photo.

Anyway, I turned on the drone and tried to operate it, but it wouldn’t work.
The camera was completely unresponsive, and it couldn’t even hover properly.

This was by far the worst thing I’ve ever bought from AliExpress.
Other things were crude, but either the low price made sense or the expensive ones delivered good quality. This one was just nothing.
I immediately returned it, thinking I’d just bought 15,000 won’s worth of trash.
The return process went quite quickly.
As soon as I submitted the return request, a courier came to pick it up.
And I decided I would never buy a drone from AliExpress again.
Never buy it.
