How to deactivate Instagram

I decided to temporarily deactivate my account because I felt I was wasting too much time constantly checking Instagram.

Here’s how to deactivate your Instagram account:

1. Tap the button at the top right in the Instagram app.

2. In the search bar at the very top, search for “deactivate”.

3. Select Deactivate account and log in.

4. Follow the steps that appear and deactivate your account.

However, keep in mind that if you log in again, the deactivation will be undone.
